About Us
Three Rivers Property Management is a full service property management/real estate company that can handle all types of property investment portfolios from single family to multi unit. We handle everything from sales, closings, inspections, construction, cleaning, leasing, landscaping, snow removal and evictions. Our business partner is a real estate attorney so we handle any legal matters at a discounted rate. Our contractors and cleaning staff are employed by Three Rivers and we have a handful of very loyal sub contractors.
All of our contractors are licensed and insured and all of our leasing agents are licensed real estate agents.
Most companies offer full service but actually sub out legal, construction and leasing.
We are competitively priced we charge between 7- 10% of the monthly rent for management and 100% of the first months rent for leasing fee for finding a tenant that signs a year lease.
